There would simply be way too many huge attacks and counterattacks to be believable. For many of these, you must simply pick one over the other. For example, the fact that the Allies hold the Balkans and Central Europe for the entirety of their campaign, or the that they hold onto Turkey for much longer in the Soviet campaign. This of course doesn’t mean that he’s wrong since, as you will clearly see by the end, the exact makeup of these maps are up to heavy interpretation.įirstly, there are some major differences between the two campaigns that cannot be easily reconciled. I decided to post mine as I personally felt that there wasn’t enough of a blending between the two sides’ maps in his video. I actually started on these months ago but, as is unfortunately all too common, I got distracted by other stuff and only restarted when I was reminded by Confused_Shelf's recent video showing his map of the events of WWII. ![]() So Soviet missions 11 through 14 are not included here. Also, this collection of maps only shows an Allied victory. The reasoning for which will be explained further below. I switched Soviet 4 to occur before Allied 3, and the Italy missions from Retaliation/Aftermath to occur before Allied 7. ![]() There are a couple changes I made however. ![]() This is my attempt at merging the campaign maps of Red Alert, using the timeline ( Seen Here) created by u/Confused_Shelf as a guide.
